Kimberly Post, M.Ed. is the founder of Five Seeds, Inc., an organization dedicated to reducing the impact of stress on individuals and communities through education and awareness. 

Kimberly maintains a private practice, assisting individuals with chronic conditions to develop personal stress management programs through mindfulness training and contemplative development. 

She is also the Director of Community-Based Learning at Saint Joseph's College, and specializes in interdisciplinary and experiential teaching and learning. To read her article titled Integrative Learning for Underprepared Students, click here.
