Kimberly Post Rowe, M.Ed. is the founder of Five Seeds, Inc., a not-for-profit
organization dedicated
to reducing the impact of stress on individuals and communities through education
and awareness.
Kimberly maintains a private practice, assisting individuals
with chronic conditions to develop personal stress
management programs through mindfulness training and contemplative
development.
She is also a writing instructor in the Arts and Humanities departments
of several colleges in Maine, and specializes in Integrative Teaching
